Asset and Financial Management:
- Experienced in real estate investment due diligence, budget and proforma development, market analysis, property repositioning, capital improvement supervision, apartment design consultation, and representation at agency hearings
- Brokered over $121,000,000 of real estate acquisitions and sales, with investment analysis and escrow coordination
- Coordinated over $153,000,000 of real estate loans in the multi-family industry
- Experienced in negotiating loan modifications for clients with troubled institutional loan portfolios

Property Management:
- Involvement with approximately 160 properties in 9 States including communities from 12 units to 416 units, totaling over 16,000 apartments; experience in single family home and 4-plex management
