GUARANTEED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
The management of your apartment community is dedicated to providing each resident with superior service on all maintenance requirements. It is our stated policy that:
ALL PROPER MAINTENANCE REQUESTS WILL
BE RESPONDED TO WITHIN 48 HOURS OR THE
RESIDENT WILL BE PAID $25!
To properly request maintenance in your apartment you must personally come to the business office to discuss the problem with the resident manager. At that time you must fill out and sign a work order to authorize our maintenance staff to enter your apartment and make repairs.
If you have pets, unauthorized locks, or other circumstances which require that you are present at the time of repair, this must be scheduled with the manager. Normal maintenance work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
A response to your maintenance request does not necessarily mean a total repair or solution to the work order, but at least a response and an investigation as to what needs to be done. Our maintenance staff does pride itself in being able to repair the greatest majority of requests immediately. However, residents will be notified if parts have to be ordered or a specialized contractor needs to be called. This constitutes a response and fulfills our 48 hours guaranteed service provision.
After your work order has been responded to, a receipt will be given to you (or left in your apartment) by the maintenance team. You may also receive a personal phone call from the resident manager to see if your request was handled to your satisfaction.
In the event your maintenance request is not responded to within 48 hours, you are entitled to a $25 check made out to you. Your full rent will still be due, however if you choose you may turn the check back along with the balance of your rent.
GUARANTEED MAINTENANCE SERVICE is the policy at our other apartment communities. If you must move, be sure to ask about other locations.
