Management performance is regularly reviewed with managers to analyze the financial operations of the property . This open book practice is designed to involve the key onsite staff in understanding our approach to budget driven property management. Once a property reaches stabilized occupancy and operation, bonuses are sometimes paid for exceeding the projected Net Operating Income for the property, thus giving an incentive for managers to maximize income while minimizing expenses.

Another cornerstone of Pro Management's approach to property administration is the dedication to technology and timely reporting. Onsite computers are syncronized to the company's accounting department to allow for efficiency and up to the minute status reporting.
