It Pays to Stay

The longer you live in a Pro Management apartment community, the better you will like it! The following benefits are available to our residents:

After living in the community for 6 months, our residents are eligible to have their carpet steam cleaned at no charge

1. After one year, our residents are eligible to receive new blinds or a ceiling fan or microwave oven.
2. After two years, our residents are eligible for re-painting or an appliance upgrade or new vinyl.
3. After three years our residents have the option of receiving new carpet or any of the above upgrade benefits to participate in this program specific resident compliance provisions apply.*

Once you turn the key in your door, we're at your service.

To qualify for these long-term resident benefits the following conditions apply:

 ♦   The work must be requested in person and in writing by completing a  service request at the management office.

 ♦   The resident or a responsible party must be home at the time the service is provided.

 ♦   The resident must have a record of paying rent in full and on time every month and must have abided by all rules and regulations of the apartment  community.

 ♦   This program may not be used at move-out. It is intended to be an incentive for lease renewals or to be implemented during the term of a 12-month lease or upon renewal.
